Our Integrated Energy Work focuses on harmonizing the body's energy fields, helping to bring total balance and relaxation. This therapy is performed while you remain fully dressed, allowing for a comfortable and deeply soothing session. Both Maria Berardi and Jill Neiger are certified in energy work and bring their expertise to every session.

We also offer Reiki, a method of energy healing that originated in Japan in the 1920s with Dr. Mikao Usui. While many modern adaptations exist, traditional Usui Reiki is taught through a lineage tracing back to Dr. Usui’s original students. As a Level III Usui Reiki Master, Maria channels Earth’s healing energy to help clients restore their energy balance and natural ability to heal themselves. Rather than directly healing, the Reiki practitioner serves as a conduit for energy, assisting the client in their self-healing journey.
